Red Pepper Pasta 1  Happy March! Can you believe it’s March already? Before we know it, we’ll be sipping mulled wine an wrestling with Christmas trees again. If anyone asks, this is the reason I give for the fact that my Christmas wreath is still hanging on the front door.

I’ve been enjoying the sun and sea this month in South Africa, before I have to pack up and brace myself for the frosty spring in London. I’ve enjoyed loads of fruits, salads and of course my beloved avocados. Here are my top eats from last month.

Moments Of The Month – September

IMG_4700 2Happy first week of the month! Can you believe it’s October already? Before you know it, we’ll be stuffing our faces with mince pies and making resolutions for the New Year. I love this time of year as you can feel the festive season creeping up, but you still have just about enough time to tie up any loose ends for the year. I spent September trying to get back into my normal routine. I’ve come to discover that, as much as I try, I’ve never been one for normal routines, life is too exciting! So I’ve resigned myself to letting life take me where it will and enjoy the ride. Here are my moments of the month for September!
