None of my dietary suggestions are given in any profession capacity whatsoever. I am learning as I go and am sharing my journey as some people may find it helpful. This is a space of exploration and inspiration. This blog is called Thandi EATS Vegan for a reason. Even though I eat a plant-based diet, I am by no means a fully-fledged vegan. I eat a vegan diet purely for personal and health reasons, I do however own and use non-vegan products such as leather shoes. This is a personal choice and any comments and derogatory statements made with regards to the above mentioned topics will be deleted and the user blocked.
PS: *I am a bit of a chatty-Cathy, so if you don’t like reading about the everyday occurrences in my life.. This blog may not be for you. I also seem to be obsessed with avocado’s.. I can’t get enough, so expect to see loads of them!
